Offstimme is based in Leipzig, Germany and was founded by two professional voice-over artists, Peter Seaton-Clark and Nicola Chapman, to meet the demands of this dynamic city. Leipzig is situated in the heart of Europe, ideally located for all major media and broadcasting centres like Berlin, as well as having its own MediaCity Leipzig. Although with today's technology - high quality equipment and broadband internet connection - distance is no longer an issue.
